Please note that we are unable to accommodate allergies or guarantee an allergen-free environment, as all cakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, nuts, dairy, and eggs. To ensure availability and allow time for custom decorations or toppers, we recommend placing orders at least two weeks in advance. While we aim to respond to all enquiries promptly, please allow up to 72 hours for a reply. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due one week before collection. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfil your order. Any changes to your order must be made no later than two weeks before the collection date; requests to change the date are subject to availability and not guaranteed. All collections must be made from 130 Jenner Boulevard, Emersons Green, Bristol, BS16 7HX, and by collecting your cake, you confirm that you are happy with its condition. We are not responsible for any damage after collection. Please transport cakes on a flat, stable surface such as a car footwell and avoid placing them on seats or laps—use air conditioning in warm weather. Cakes should be refrigerated and taken out about an hour before serving (less if the weather is warm), and always kept out of direct sunlight.
