Transporting Your Cake
After pickup support the cake box from the bottom only. When transporting your cake, place it on a completely flat surface such as the passenger footwell. In warm weather, keep the air-conditioning on to prevent the buttercream from melting. Drive steadily and keep the cake box closed throughout the journey. For longer trips or tiered cakes, having someone with you to keep an eye on the cake can be helpful.
Cake Care & Storage
Once home, store your cake in the fridge to keep it fresh and stable. Take it out one to two hours before serving and avoid placing in direct sunlight. Remove all cake decorations before slicing and keep any left over cake in an airtight container in the fridge. Your cake is best enjoyed within three days from collection.

Providing Allergen Information
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of enquiry. This allows us to assess your needs and confirm whether we can safely accommodate them before your order is placed. We will always try to help where possible.
Limitations & Cross-Contamination
As a small home-based bakery, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. For this reason, we are unable to offer cakes suitable for severe allergies, including nut-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free options.
All bakes are made using shared equipment and in a fan-assisted oven, meaning there is always a risk of cross-contamination, even when an allergen is not an ingredient. -
Our Signature Style
We specialise in buttercream cakes, all of our designs are finished in either a smooth, textured or decorated buttercream finish. We offer a range of styles to suit different occasions, including classic celebration cakes, modern minimalist designs, and fully bespoke creations tailored to your theme or event.
What We Don’t Offer
We do not offer fresh cream or fondant covered cakes. However, fondant decorations - such as toppers, lettering, or small decorative details, can be added to your cake as optional extras.

If You Need to Cancel
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made in writing (email or message) so we have a clear record of the request. The earlier you contact us, the more options we may be able to offer.
Refunds & Payments
The initial 50% payment is non-refundable, as this secures your booking slot and covers time spent planning and preparing your order.
If the remaining balance has already been paid and the cancellation is made more than one week before collection, this portion may be refundable at our discretion.
Cancellations made within one week of collection unfortunately cannot be refunded, as ingredients, decorations, and preparation will already be underway.
